Cross Examination Help

Ten Commandments of Cross Examination
1. Prepare your questions beforehand  (i.e, Don't question blindly)
2. Know your endgame (i.e, make sure you're not questioning down a rabbit's hole)
3. Work your way up (i.e, don't start with an aggressive approach)
4. Lead the question taker (i.e, ask questions that have answers you want to here)
5. Adapt under new circumstances
6. Know when to quit (e.g, question taker gives answers that hurt your case)
7. Know good timing (i.e, wait until the moment is right)
8. Understand your audience
9. Self confirm your evidence
10. Understand your judge
