The un-criticized elements of WWII

Can someone explain to me why the Croats escaped all the blame in WWII? Unlike other Axis protectorates, Croatia willingly carried out massacres of hundreds of thousands of Serbians and Romani, independent of Nazi Germany. The Ustase were as bad as they get, and worst of all, they were actually sustained on popular support.

I looked up the skull crushers thing to make sure it was legit. Apparently there was indeed a unit of soldiers who were tasked with exterminating non-croats, by bashing in their heads.

Dang those Croats. I suppose that the Serbs got even in the 1990s, though.

The Bosnia war was a disgusting proxy conflict between Croatia and Serbia over the fate of the tiny Muslim nation of Bosnia. Although it was not the first time two nations have fought over Bosnia (WW1), this was certainly the most disgraceful. Both the Serbian and Croatian millitary participated in organized genocides against each other. The biggest loser was Bosnia, although Croatia ended up with a strategic victory.

Related thought, I think Serbians have developed the most ignorant and rudest political mindset. Everyone I've met has been unspeakably rude to me, worst than those damn bastards in Montreal. Apparently anyone who is from the west is a fascist, and in Montreal's case, an uncultured savage.

Canada is one of the most hospitable places for tourists, but a lot of the Quebecois have a real stick up their ass about foreigners. This is not an exaggeration. It is the downfall of speaking English in a city that is extremely sensitive about pretending they are French. As someone who has heard several personal testimonies on how they were treated in Quebec (myself being one of them), I decided to research into their claims further.

Blackflag: You've got to remember that this forum is literally for all ages. I even have to hide the facebook button from anyone whom I believe to be under 13. But pics are visible to all.

admin: I do not think these pictures should be censored from anyone. They are just pictures after all.
If anything looking at them would insight a positive perception of the horrors of war.

I was exposed to far worst than a severed head when I was under age 13.

Blackflag: That's nice, but the fact is that not every parent would be happy with their child viewing images of people's skulls getting cracked in.

The last time I censored something on this forum, it was a nude woman. It wasn't sexual at all, but I still had to censor it.

I'm going to take these pictures down, but I'd much rather like it if I had your co-operation so you can re-create the thread possibly with less violent images or no images, and just a link with an explanation that sensitive people may not want to look as some images are disturbing.

Who exactly did these images offend?

Blackflag: Well, after WWII, those areas became this one big bloc called Yugoslavia, and those guys created this thing called the Croatian National Resistance, and failed. They died.
