I think the Satanists are a misunderstood group, which is why the actual serious Satanists never get their views spotlighted amongst all the Atheist and Christian debates. I am going to do them a favor and play, quite literally, the devils advocate in this thread.

Just refute the OP and we'll proceed to have a fake argument. Here is my fake OP...

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lucifer, an angel who realized the independence of his own form, declared God to no longer be his ruler, and led a rebellion to take the heavens and free themselves from the shackles of their own slavery and oppression. He and his followers were sentenced to 1000 years in damnation for this sin, in which they were never forgiven.

When God created Man in the Garden of Eden, Lucifer approached Eve and convinced her to eat the forbidden apple, in order to prove the natural imperfection of man.
Eve then convinced Adam to eat of the apple, which proved Lucifer was correct that man was imperfect

God and his followers declared Lucifer the arbiter and creator of sin.

Questions...

1. Why is Luicifer responsible for sin, when Man decided for himself to commit to sin?

2. How do we know God is perfect, when the only evidence of such is God's own declaration?

3. Lucifer's mission is to prove the imperfection of God, in order to diminish his claim to Divinity. Did he not do so when he proved humanity was created in God's own image, an imperfect one at that?

4. The fallen angels were created by God, yet were imperfect, so they were judged for a thousand years in a place known as hell, created by God. Why would God, as a perfect individual, create beings just to see him condemned to an eternity of rage and hate in hell if he were perfect?

Finally, what if during the rebellion, Lucifer was right and God was wrong. There is a common saying that the winning side writes into the history books. What if that was the case here? What if Lucifer was right all along about the imperfection of God, and justified in his declaration of independence?

Lucifer was of the creation of God, in the same way all children are the creation to their Father and Mother. Does this mean we owe our entire future existence to serving our Father and Mother? Lucifier didn't think so, which was why he challenged God for his independence.

I think one should be grateful to their creator, but does that give your creator the right to abuse you and determine your whole purpose for you?
