Privacy policy changes

Just thought I'd let you know that they've changed slightly. Nothing major though, just a few clarifications (for example, the old policy implied that edeb8 never moderates content).

While I have your attention, look at the homepage layout thread in this subforum and give me your opinions please! I've been progressively uploading stuff over the last few days and checking for bugs as I go, so you might see a few small things be different here and there from time to time. If anything looks weird, try refreshing the page and it should come right. If not, remember to message me. Thanks everyone!
