Was not going to make this, but there is way to much content to keep in the shoutbox.

Today, on October 18th, several hundred Sudanese troops landed in the Port of Aden, making it one of three nations currently dedicating ground troops to the coalition; including Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Also, the loyalist government overbid Hadi, and have consented to return to peace talks with the Revolutionary government. This is likely do to recent victories by the Yemeni army inside the borders of Saudi Arabia.

Not sure what to make about the Sudanese troops. When the Emirate task force landed, they were met with heavy initial losses, but later had secured streategic victories during the Battle of Aden and later in some of the towns north of Aden.

The Sudanese troops come at a time when the loyalist forces have an advantage on the Southern front, and they are likely going to try and take the initiative as much as possible before the much larger forces up north are diverted towards Taizz.

The Sudanese troops and officers probably have loads of military experience , but they are definitely underequipped for this kind of warfare.

The battalion is described as being a vanguard unit according to one article, so I am not going to let the pictures decieve me. These are likely extremely well trained soldiers with combat experience fighting near South Sudan.
