That education should be compulsory in the third world

Actually, the term "third world" is offensive and outdating . It would be correct if you said "developing countries" or something like that...
      I reckon that education should be compulsory everywhere. We can't ban or abolish education because of economy level or population level or other various levels in countries. Anyway countries are able to improve their economy. Take Peru as an example. This country is developing due to economic initiatives, international loans, and infrastructure projects. This was written in website below.

      Education should be compulsory. Government should pay attention to the education. I consider that all problems of these countries  appear due to undeveloped education system. Most of "third world countries" have got problems with education system. So i thought it could influence on economy.
