Flouride

I'm currently writing a submission to my local council on mandatory water fluoridation. What do you think I should write?

admin: That hastings does it, hastings is more awesome than paraparam so you should copy hastings.

nzlockie: Not sure about the "hastings is more awesome than paraparam" part. We have more old people which means out net wisdom is considerably higher.

admin: But they come from hastings which means the point stands...

Use lots of statistics, don't make it boring but still make it strong.

admin: I believe most if not all of America does it, so there is ample research available, I'd assume (results, criticisms)
If paraparam is full of old people, I'd assume it wouldn't be all that beneficial, as I was told it helps the poor and children the most.

The fact that there are studies, opinions, results, criticisms, etc. that are documented?
Or the fact that if the city if full of old people, the benefits of flouride are less?
