This overlaps a bit with morality, but I suppose it bears asking - are all cultures "created equal" and if not, which cultures are the superior ones?

No, I don't,know which cultures are superior. Maybe the jews, seeing as how they are all so successful, but cultures that engage in pedophilia are clearly inferior to ones that respect children. Desert Islam which persecutes and kills fruitcakes is certainly inferior to an american culture that, allows fruits to be themselves.
