Here are the rights proclaimed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
1. All people are born free and equal in rights(Article 1).
2. All people are entitled to these rights and freedoms without distinction of any kind(race, color, sex, language, religion, political views, etc.).-Article 2
3. No distinctions shall be made based on the status of the territory(state/country) to which a person belongs(Article 2)
4. All people the right to life, liberty, and security of the person(Article 3).
5. No person shall be held in slavery/servitude. Slavery shall be prohibited(Article 4).
6. No person shall be subjected to torture, cruel, and inhuman punishment(Article 5).
7. All people have the right to recognition as a person before the law(Article 7).
8. All people are entitled to equality before the law without any discrimination to equal protection(Article 7).
9. All people have the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the granted rights(Article 8).
10. No person shall be subject to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile(Article 9).
11. All people are entitled to a fair and public hearing by an independent/impartial tribunal in full equality(in determination of their rights, obligations, and/or criminal charges against them).-Article 10
12. All people charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a trial(Article 11).
13. No person shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence(Article 11).
14. No person shall be subject to arbitrary interference with their family, home, privacy, or correspondence. Also, attacks on their honor and reputation. The right to protection of the law against such interference or attacks(Article 12).
15. All people have the right to freedom of movement and residence within borders of a state(Article 13).
16. All people have the right to leave any country and return to it(Article 13).
17. All people have the right to seek a countries asylum from persecution(Article 14).
18. All people have the right to a nationality(Article 15).
19. No person shall be arbitrarily deprived of their nationality nor denied the right to change their nationality(Article 15).
20. All men and women of full age have the right to marry and to found a family. Entitled to equal rights as to marriage(Article 16).
21. Family is entitled to protection by society and the state(Article 16).
22. All people have the right to own property alone and in association with others(Article 17).
23. No person shall be arbitrarily deprived of their property(Article 17).
24. All people have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion(Article 18).
25. All people have the right to freedom of expression and opinion(Article 19).
26. All people have the right to peaceful assembly and association, with no one being compelled to belong to an association(Article 20).
27. All people have the right to take part in the government of their country(directly or indirectly).-Article 21
28. All people have the right to equal access of a public service in their country(Article 21).
29. All people have the right to social security(and entitled to realization).-Article 22
30. All people have the right to work/free choice of employment(also just and favorable conditions) and protection against unemployment(Article 23).
31. All people have the right to equal pay for equal work without discrimination(Article 23).
32. All people who work have the right to just and favorable remuneration(Article 23).
33. All people have the right to form and join trade unions for protection of interests(Article 23).
34. All people have the right to rest and leisure(Article 24).
35. All people have the right to a standard of living adequate enough for the health and well being of themselves and their family(food, clothing, housing, medical care, social services, and right to security).-Article 25
36. All children shall enjoy the same social protection(Article 25).
37. All people have the right to an education(Article 26).
38. All parents have the right to choose the kind of education given to their children(Article 26).
39. All people have the right to freely participate in the community cultural life, enjoy arts, and share in scientific advancement and its benefits(Article 27).
40. All people have the right to protection of the moral and material interests from the production of which they are the author(Article 27).
41. All people are entitled to social/international order in which these rights can be recognized(Article 28).
