Soldiers deserve better treatment after battle

Our soldiers are the heroic individuals whom put their lives on the line to protect the people of their nation. When soldiers return home for good, the government should provide them with endless luxuries, our soldiers should be treated with incredible amounts of respect. After all our soldiers undergo, it is absolutely devastating to see so many of them return to hardship. We must help our soldiers, mentally, physically and financially. It disgusts me that singers and actors are endlessly praised, while our soldiers are much of the time forgotten. Our soldiers are the ones we need to celebrate, to reward and to appreciate.

Tiffpen: Yeah, it's abhorrent how the VA conducts itself. 33% of veterans on a waitlist have died waiting for care.

Tiffpen: Also, the number of veterans waiting for care increased by 50% since the last VA scandal in 2014. And one Marine died from over-prescription negligence.

Sometimes, it's hard to differentiate whether they do this on purpose, since it's difficult to believe how somebody can possibly fail at something so miserably.

I agree, though the only reason we haven't had legislation passed on this yet is because the hardcore left is protecting Union Workers.

Krazy: Well it was with the VA case, Democrats blocked the bill since it interfered with the "Right to Work" issue.
