Some thoughts on CX rounds

How many of the following changes would you support?

1. Making it a rule that no CX round can go on longer than 10 days (which sounds like a sensible limit to me)
2. Add an extra dropdown for CX round length when setting up the debate, which is only visible when you have CX rounds and is set to the round length by default
3. Adding an optional notification whenever somebody posts in CX, and previously you had the last post in that CX box

I know a lot of you wanted to have the ability to end a CX round early by mutual agreement, but the more I look into it the more potential bugs I can see. Hopefully some of the other ideas here are a good substitute.

3. Yes, but as another suggestion, make the big read notification number dissapear once clicking your pic.

#2 and #3 have now been done.
