HTML formatting in debates

New site feature now exists. Hope this makes up for some of the kerfuffle earlier.

You can now format your debate rounds, and optionally turn this off for new debates (I've turned it on for existing debates - contact me if you want me to manually disable it on yours). You can use bold text, different alignments etc - and you no longer need to learn anything special to add images to your debates. It's kinda like the one on DDO but doesn't hang so much.
