Apologies to all for the short recent outage. This was to comply with edeb8's no-spam rules and requirements.
Going forward it is likely some changes will be made to limit emails made by the site still further.

To prevent spam from bots or people coming on to the site, the mandatory completed debate proposal could help greatly.
The ADB committee just changed its policy on 8/28/2016
