I like Mozart, Tchaikovskiy, and Rachmaninoff the most because just about anything that they created sounds good to me. Other composers also have good stuff, but of their works I only know or like particular pieces. For instance, I like Gustav Holst's "The Planets", Vivaldi's the "Seasons", from Bach some of his melodic stuff, from Beethoven his 5th symphony, from Saint Saens his melodic stuff, etc.

Of Tchaikovskiy, I particularly like his Violin Concerto (and I am not that big into violin).
